Opportunity Details

Role Overview

As a Monitoring Representative, you will be integral to the ecosystem comprising IoT devices, software, and personnel that ensure shippers and logistics providers can trust their shipments are monitored around the clock. The position is hybrid, requiring frequent presence at the Kosovo office for training and meetings.

Work Schedule

Shift timing: 15:00 - 23:00 Prishtina Time

Candidate Profile

Experience in any customer-facing role including customer service, support, retail, or sales (internships included)
Exceptional English communication skills with professional phone and email demeanor
Strong interpersonal abilities aligned with dependable work ethics
Effective organization and time management capabilities
Creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments
Empathetic and positive mindset focused on customer success

Additional Qualifications Preferred

Experience collaborating with colleagues across different time zones
Background in supply chain industry
Familiarity with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, or third-party logistics providers
Proficiency with customer support tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
Multilingual communication skills (e.g., German, Spanish, Mandarin)

Continuously monitor shipments using the Tive platform
Respond to and resolve alerts generated by Tive tracking technology
Maintain proactive and comprehensive communication with clients and transportation partners
