Role Overview
This position involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers in a designated area. The representative will increase product knowledge via scientific discussions and meet sales goals while complying with company policies and ethical guidelines.
Key Duties
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with healthcare professionals across the territory.
- Market assigned pharmaceuticals through detailed scientific presentations.
- Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Implement territory strategies to enhance business potential and coverage.
- Track competitor movements, industry trends, and client feedback, reporting insights to management.
- Maintain accurate and prompt records of field activities via the company's CRM tool.
- Arrange and engage in medical conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
- Keep current with product details, medical conditions, and market changes.
- Follow all company procedures, compliance standards, and ethical codes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or related Life Sciences discipline.
- Prior employment as a Medical Representative in pharmaceuticals is required.
- Experience in therapeutic fields such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or other specialties is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in communication, presenting, and building relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and readiness to travel within the territory.
