Role Overview
We are looking for passionate individuals interested in influencer marketing to become part of our Lifestyle department as Talent Managers. This position involves signing lifestyle creators, managing influencer relationships, negotiating collaborations, and overseeing campaign progress. It offers flexibility with remote work options and is an excellent entry point for those starting their career in this field, requiring no prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging lifestyle influencers within the UK and US markets to add to our talent pool.
- Conduct outreach and sales discussions to recruit promising creators and broaden our influencer network.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new talent joining Stride Social.
- Manage influencer campaigns by coordinating between creators and brands to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with team members through regular communication and shared goals.
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings on Mondays and Fridays to align strategies and objectives.
- Engage directly with potential brand partners to create relevant campaign opportunities for your talent roster.
