Opportunity Overview
This role is ideal for motivated and confident individuals eager to join our Talent Management team. You will work closely with influencers and brands, supporting creators to secure partnerships while nurturing long-term relationships and managing your influencer portfolio. This position is fully remote and commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential with top performers earning between £2,000 to £14,000+ monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit emerging influencers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube primarily in UK and US markets.
- Conduct outreach and onboarding sessions with creators interested in joining the company.
- Develop strong relationships with influencers, providing ongoing support during campaigns and partnerships.
- Coordinate collaborations between creators and brands to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Reach out to brands that fit your influencer portfolio to secure paid campaign opportunities.
- Participate in weekly team strategy meetings held on Mondays and Fridays to align goals and progress.
