About Prosperi

Prosperi enhances the counseling capabilities of K–12 school districts without increasing staff numbers. By integrating licensed telecounselors with advanced AI-driven software, we help counseling teams identify early warning signs in students who are at risk, reduce administrative burdens that distract counselors from student engagement, and boost key performance indicators like graduation rates, attendance, and college and career readiness. This approach enables districts to increase capacity, intervene sooner, and present measurable outcomes to stakeholders.

Role Overview

We seek current or recently retired K–12 superintendents to join our advisory network as we broaden our reach to new districts and states. This part-time, relationship-focused advisory position is ideal for leaders with strong peer networks, respected reputations in their regions, and active participation in state or national educational associations. Advisors will facilitate connections with other district leaders who could gain from Prosperi's offerings. Compensation is flexible and depends on the advisor's degree of involvement and influence.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Prosperi to enhance academic, career, and college counseling through innovative telecounseling solutions and cutting-edge software and AI tools.
Organize or co-organize peer roundtables, dinners, or working sessions with district leaders.
Provide warm introductions and context for districts considering new counseling solutions.
Advise on regional educational dynamics, including funding, policy, association activity, and the competitive environment.
Represent Prosperi at superintendent meetings, state association gatherings, and relevant conferences.
Offer feedback on Prosperi’s positioning, messaging, and procurement processes from a district leadership perspective.

Candidate Profile

Current or recently retired K–12 superintendent with a robust peer network.
Strong relationships with fellow superintendents, cabinet members, or leaders in state education associations.
A trusted and sought-after voice within your region for advice on vendors and educational initiatives.
Passion and belief in addressing counselor workload and improving student outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Active participation in AASA, state superintendent associations, or regional educational consortia.
Experience in leading multi-district initiatives or group purchasing collaborations.
Background in counseling, student services, or comprehensive child-focused district initiatives.
