Overview
HireWorks Recruitment Consultants Pvt Ltd, a Chennai-based recruitment firm, invites applications for the role of Junior Human Resources Executive, also referred to as HR Recruiter. This position entails managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting profiles, tracking candidates, and ensuring smooth hiring procedures aligned with team requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles thoroughly.
- Maintain continuous candidate follow-up and tracking.
- Match candidate qualifications with job specifications effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to analyze hiring needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably candidates with HRM, MBA, MSW, Life Sciences, or Paramedical backgrounds; however, open to all graduates.
- Recent graduates from 2025 or 2026 are eligible.
- Must possess a laptop for work-related tasks.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
- Flexible timing and eagerness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
- Take-home salary ranging between ₹17,000 and ₹18,000 per month.
- Monthly cost to company (CTC) approximately ₹22,000 plus variable pay and incentives.
- Benefits include PF and ESI contributions.
