Key responsibilities
- Support and manage people-related processes across the team.
- Handle the operational follow-up of new hires and internal changes.
- Contribute to improving internal processes in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Work directly with leadership and take on more responsibility from the first day.

- A junior professional or recent graduate; experience will be built along the way.
