Key responsibilities

• Support and manage people-related processes across the team.
• Handle the operational follow-up of new hires and internal changes.
• Contribute to improving internal processes in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Work directly with leadership and take on more responsibility from the first day.

What we are looking for

• A junior professional or recent graduate; experience will be built along the way.
• Someone energetic, alert, self-driven, and highly detail-oriented.
• A curious person with a strong appetite for learning and real motivation to develop professionally.
• Discretion and responsible handling of information are mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, Organization Management Technician, Personnel Administration Technician, or related fields.
