Overview

Kobalt Music is seeking a Junior AI & Automation Analyst to join their Operations department based in London. This full-time, fixed-term contract role for three months offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in applying AI, automation, and operational improvements in a real-world, innovative music industry environment. The position involves working three days per week on-site with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in researching, testing, and piloting new AI tools, platforms, and models to enhance operations.
Support the mapping and creation of automated workflows aimed at minimizing manual and repetitive data tasks.
Help utilize integration platforms and internal systems to connect processes and boost operational efficiency.
Assist teams in deploying AI-driven tools to create consistent, repeatable business solutions.
Document workflows and automation processes to maintain consistency and reliability across departments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with diverse teams to learn about the music industry ecosystem and its innovation strategies for creators and rights holders.
Participate actively in training programs to deepen knowledge of AI, automation, and process optimization.
