Job Responsibilities
- Deliver troubleshooting assistance to employees at Superheat.
- Assess and install computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Apply security protocols for data, software, and hardware safeguards.
- Conduct data backup and recovery tasks effectively.
- Work alongside teams to test applications and provide training to staff.
- Create documentation to facilitate troubleshooting processes.
- Set up and maintain local area networks and internet connectivity.
- Analyze and enhance computer and network system performance.
- Develop procedures and policies tailored to Superheat FGH's requirements.
- Keep materials and troubleshooting documentation updated for personnel use.
- Produce training materials for staff education.
- Offer improvement suggestions to senior management.
- Adapt to varying work shifts and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Serve as an intermediary between departments to aid in issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft tools including Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum one year experience in supporting computer networks.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- Network certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience working in Windows-based environments; certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure is preferred.
