About the Position
Geberit is a global industrial company known for its dynamic work environment, use of modern technologies, targeted career development, and a supportive team culture. Join our IT Service Center team located in Pfullendorf, where you will play a key role in supporting our worldwide customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle IT helpdesk requests by telephone in both German and English, ensuring thorough documentation of enquiries.
- Provide first-level support by receiving incidents and service requests via phone, email, or ticket system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or directly at employee workstations, including installation of new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in the effective use of applications during daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Manage smaller projects related to the service desk such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong dedication to service and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer support.
- Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
