Overview
A rapidly expanding investment fund is hiring a Property & Investment Analyst to strengthen its team. This role is a strong fit for someone with 3 to 5 years of background in property, finance, or investment analysis who is ready for a broader scope and greater ownership.
The position offers close collaboration with senior leaders across real estate and private equity investments, with direct exposure to transaction work, financial analysis, and portfolio oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assess investment opportunities and assist with the execution of deals.
- Create financial models, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Draft reports for investors and internal management.
- Track asset performance and operating costs.
- Liaise with external specialists such as lawyers, tax advisers, developers, and agents.
- Support due diligence activities for acquisitions and disposals.
Requirements
- Background in property analysis or financial analysis.
- Strong capability in Excel and financial modelling.
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Property.
- Well-organised, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Experience level suited to 3 to 5 years in a relevant field.
