About the Role
This opportunity is for a customer support professional in an international inbound voice process handling UK and US shift operations. The position is based in Bellandur, Bengaluru, and is suited to candidates who enjoy assisting customers over calls and working in a structured BPO environment.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will join a global voice support team and be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining service quality standards. Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Record and update customer details in the CRM or internal system.
- Adhere to company process rules and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong spoken English communication skills are required.

- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.

Salary Details
Salary package varies by experience level: freshers can earn up to 25,000 CTC, while experienced candidates can earn up to 29,000 CTC.
