About the Role
We are collaborating with a reputable multi-location hospitality company in the London area to recruit an Internal Communications Manager. This role offers a unique chance to design and implement internal communication strategies for a sizable and diverse operational workforce. The aim is to keep employees well-informed, motivated, and connected amid a dynamic phase of business expansion and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging internal communication plans and campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across operational units and head office departments.
- Support initiatives related to business change, employee engagement, and overall employee experience.
- Oversee internal communication channels and manage content delivery.
- Develop compelling communications suitable for both office staff and frontline employees.
- Promote colleague engagement and recognize achievements throughout the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in internal or employee communications roles.
- Strong abilities in stakeholder management and influencing key decision-makers.
- Exceptional written communication skills and content development expertise.
- Experience in facilitating change communications and enhancing employee engagement.
- Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, travel, or other multi-site industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
