About the Role

We are collaborating with a reputable multi-location hospitality company in the London area to recruit an Internal Communications Manager. This role offers a unique chance to design and implement internal communication strategies for a sizable and diverse operational workforce. The aim is to keep employees well-informed, motivated, and connected amid a dynamic phase of business expansion and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute engaging internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across operational units and head office departments.
• Support initiatives related to business change, employee engagement, and overall employee experience.
• Oversee internal communication channels and manage content delivery.
• Develop compelling communications suitable for both office staff and frontline employees.
• Promote colleague engagement and recognize achievements throughout the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in internal or employee communications roles.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder management and influencing key decision-makers.
• Exceptional written communication skills and content development expertise.
• Experience in facilitating change communications and enhancing employee engagement.
• Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, travel, or other multi-site industries is beneficial but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Location: London with a hybrid working arrangement.
• Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus comprehensive benefits package.
