Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role primarily focuses on inside sales activities, including telesales, handling inbound customer inquiries, and generating leads through various channels. The selected candidate will also conduct virtual product demonstrations to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute inside sales processes to meet company targets.
- Manage telesales operations efficiently to engage potential customers.
- Oversee and respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Use CRM tools effectively to maintain up-to-date client and lead information.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Perform virtual demonstrations of products to prospective clients to support sales efforts.
