Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview

Neuralbits Technologies Private Limited seeks a confident candidate proficient in English communication to fill the role of Inside Sales Executive. This role is focused on telesales activities including making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, managing follow-ups, and coordinating product demonstrations arranged by the in-house sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to clearly convey product and service details.
• Develop and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and maintain an up-to-date log of all prospect interactions.
• Assess client needs to identify and relay promising sales opportunities to the sales or demo teams.
• Arrange online or face-to-face product presentations and ensure confirmations from prospects.
• Keep precise records of calls, leads status, follow-ups, demo appointments, and responses within designated tracking systems.
• Address standard client inquiries professionally and direct critical issues or requests to the appropriate departments.
• Meet targeted goals for calls made, leads generated, demos scheduled, and follow-ups conducted within specified deadlines.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional demeanor capable of suitable client engagement. Ability to explain complex product/service benefits succinctly and engage potential customers effectively is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 33,000 INR.
