Role Summary

The Industrial Cleaner will be engaged full-time at an on-site location in Doncaster, responsible for upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within industrial and factory settings such as production lines and specialist manufacturing spaces. Daily duties involve sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and deep-cleaning surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning agents. The cleaner will manage waste disposal and recycling, abide by detailed cleaning schedules targeting machinery, floors, and busy areas, and strictly follow health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors and collaborating effectively within a team are essential to ensuring that client sites consistently meet Pristine's rigorous standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working in industrial or commercial cleaning, particularly in factories, warehouses, or production line environments.
• Competence with cleaning machinery and equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Thorough knowledge of hygiene protocols, health and safety regulations, and safe chemical handling.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capability to follow structured cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Physical fitness for manual labor including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing, adaptable to varied workplace conditions.
• Good communication abilities and teamwork aptitude, combined with capacity for independent work and adherence to supervisor directions.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on site demands.
• Possession of prior commercial or industrial cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
