Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist/Data Entry professional to join our Digital Operations team in Berlin. This pivotal role involves punctual and accurate processing and indexing of both physical and digital assets, adhering strictly to Iron Mountain's standards and processes to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive customer information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely execution of customer assignments, including preparation of files and data carriers for transport to and from customers following service specifications.
• Support the entire archive management process through precise data recording for each archive item and secure storage and retrieval of documents, folders, and boxes in the high-bay warehouse.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Iron Mountain standards, internal procedures, and confidentiality requirements due to the sensitive nature of handled data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems and computer-aided documentation processes such as indexing, preparation, scanning, creating delivery notes, and barcode labeling.
• Organized, self-driven work style with strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Fluency in German with good command of English.
