Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Digital Project Coordinator to assist senior consultants in delivering a unified, accurate data source for our client. This fully remote position acts as the communication and organizational bridge between our consultants and the client's team, ensuring project clarity, up-to-date documentation, and diligent follow-up on various configuration components. The ideal candidate thrives in environments that value orderliness, accurate data management, and straightforward communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update project timelines to guarantee timely achievement of configuration milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including system guides and training materials, for seamless handover.
- Participate in technical meetings, documenting decisions related to data structures and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to address pending technical tasks and information needs.
- Support the preparation of clear and concise status reports that objectively reflect project progress.
- Track and monitor issues arising during the financial data migration process.
- Organize remote workshops and training sessions for the client's finance personnel.
- Ensure all project-related files are correctly labeled and stored according to internal protocols for easy retrieval.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to maintain digital files and manage tasks systematically.
- Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project, including internship or academic project experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in organizing data lists and tracking essential metrics accurately.
- Strong written communication skills that emphasize clarity and directness for internal and client documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while maintaining effective digital communication with the team.
- Interest in corporate data and financial system management practices.
- Diligent problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail when reviewing project documentation.
- A dependable work ethic prioritizing accuracy and quality over speed.
