Hygiene Operative

About the Role

This position involves working as a Hygiene Operative within a food manufacturing setting, primarily responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for our clients' operations. The role requires working Monday to Friday, from 8 PM to 4 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean food production areas to meet stringent food industry hygiene standards.
• Uphold a rigorous awareness of cleanliness and hygiene to support safe working environments.
• Follow health and safety procedures strictly to secure the workplace.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and specialist chemicals safely; duties may include working at heights.

Candidate Requirements

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
• Experience in cleaning or within food manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Willingness to perform tasks at elevated heights.
• Desirable to hold COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) training certifications.
