About the Role
This position involves working as a Hygiene Operative within a food manufacturing setting, primarily responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for our clients' operations. The role requires working Monday to Friday, from 8 PM to 4 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean food production areas to meet stringent food industry hygiene standards.
- Uphold a rigorous awareness of cleanliness and hygiene to support safe working environments.
- Follow health and safety procedures strictly to secure the workplace.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and specialist chemicals safely; duties may include working at heights.
Candidate Requirements
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
- Experience in cleaning or within food manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Willingness to perform tasks at elevated heights.
- Desirable to hold COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) training certifications.
