Role Summary
We seek a proficient HR Executive to oversee comprehensive HR functions at our Borivali office. This position involves managing the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate payroll processing and overall HR operations.
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee attendance, leave, and related HRMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Support employee relations and address employee grievances effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as an HR Generalist with hands-on involvement in payroll and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HRMS tools.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as EPF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
