Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting the design and day-to-day delivery of HR administration, payroll, and shared services processes. The goal is to provide high-quality HR support, systems, and solutions that align with business needs, HR shared services goals, service expectations, and budget limits.

Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned HR administration and payroll activities while meeting agreed timelines and quality requirements.
  • Spot recurring errors or issue patterns, resolve them where possible, and escalate more complex matters when needed.
  • Assist colleagues in resolving repeated operational challenges connected to the assigned HR services.
  • Keep reports and service-related data updated and maintained according to the required standards and guidelines.
  • Collect feedback and suggestions from HR partners and employees, then share key observations with the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, HR certification, or comparable relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience.
  • Prior exposure to African countries is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
  • Sound knowledge of core HR processes such as talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee or industrial relations.
  • Experience in guiding or coordinating small teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships.
