Job Overview

As the Head of Supply Chain at Adani Enterprises Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be entrusted with leading the talent acquisition strategy specifically crafted for educational institutions and skill development entities. This role demands strategic oversight of partnerships, program management, and operational excellence in sourcing talent nationwide.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive national strategy for sourcing talent from universities, ITIs, polytechnics, and other relevant educational bodies.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with Training & Placement Officers, academic institutions, and placement agencies.
• Partner with both government and private skill development programs to enhance talent pipelines.
• Serve as the key liaison aligning external institutions with internal training teams to ensure recruitment goals and expectations are met.
• Manage multiple talent acquisition programs concurrently, ensuring measurable outcomes and consistent performance monitoring using data analytics.
• Use technology platforms to optimize candidate sourcing, tracking, engagement, and incorporate automation and analytics to drive operational efficiencies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute national-level job fairs engaging top employers and institutions across various regions.
• Organize and manage hackathon events, including logistics, sponsorship coordination, participant engagement, and judging processes.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team focused on institutional outreach and candidate engagement, fostering accountability and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, supply chain management, or institutional partnerships, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
