About the role

Join the REGIOHOTEL team at the “Pfälzer Hof” in Wernigerode right away as a Guest Service Agent / all-round hotel support employee. This position is available in part-time or full-time format.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a versatile support person for the hotel and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Welcome guests and manage arrival and departure formalities, including check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations and guest communication by email and phone.
• Prepare and support the breakfast area.
• Help maintain a neat, inviting, and well-presented hotel environment.
• Assist with room cleaning when needed.
• Follow and uphold the company’s quality standards at all times.

What we’re looking for

• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine service mindset.
• Some first-hand experience in hospitality or food service is welcome, but it is not required.
• A friendly, well-groomed appearance and enjoyment in working directly with guests.
• Good physical fitness.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Strong guest orientation and a people-focused attitude.
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility.
