About the role
Join the REGIOHOTEL team at the “Pfälzer Hof” in Wernigerode right away as a Guest Service Agent / all-round hotel support employee. This position is available in part-time or full-time format.
Applications are welcome from candidates with prior experience as well as career changers. If you enjoy making guests feel welcome, creating a memorable stay, and handling a varied day in a guest-facing role, this opportunity may be a strong fit.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a versatile support person for the hotel and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Welcome guests and manage arrival and departure formalities, including check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations and guest communication by email and phone.
- Prepare and support the breakfast area.
- Help maintain a neat, inviting, and well-presented hotel environment.
- Assist with room cleaning when needed.
- Follow and uphold the company’s quality standards at all times.
What we’re looking for
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine service mindset.
- Some first-hand experience in hospitality or food service is welcome, but it is not required.
- A friendly, well-groomed appearance and enjoyment in working directly with guests.
- Good physical fitness.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Strong guest orientation and a people-focused attitude.
