About the role
REGIOHOTEL Group is hiring a Guest Service Agent / Allrounder for the Quedlinburger Hof in Quedlinburg, Saxony-Anhalt, starting immediately. The position is available in part-time or full-time form, and the team welcomes both experienced hotel professionals and career changers.
This role suits someone who enjoys making guests feel welcome, keeping things running smoothly across different hotel tasks, and staying calm and organized in busy situations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a versatile support person for the hotel and help wherever needed.
- Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and respond to guest queries by email and phone.
- Set up and look after the breakfast area.
- Help maintain a tidy, pleasant, and inviting hotel atmosphere.
- Assist with room cleaning when required.
- Follow and uphold the company’s quality standards at all times.
