We are seeking a motivated Hausmeister (facility technician) to join the REGIOHOTEL Leipzig West in Schkeuditz immediately. This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis to ensure smooth daily operations by handling maintenance and repair tasks wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and upkeep throughout the hotel premises
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of technical systems
• Maintain outdoor areas including gardens and walkways
• Manage seasonal duties such as snow removal and lawn mowing
• Serve as primary contact for external craftsmen and technical service providers

• Experience with facility maintenance or relevant manual skills are advantageous
