About the Role
Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to enhance the quality and distinctiveness of guest services, primarily focused on front desk operations. This role involves more than routine check-in and check-out processes, aiming to create unique and memorable stays for guests. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to act proactively to meet various guest needs, manage operational duties, fulfill guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share engaging insights about the local area, transforming ordinary transactions into enjoyable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve guests by guiding them throughout their stay with attentive and personalized service.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and warmly.
- Carry out operational tasks and promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and complete accurate reports related to guest services and operations.
- Promote local area highlights to enrich the guest experience.
- Adhere to company policies, including maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
- Uphold professional standards in uniform, personal grooming, and communication.
- Maintain a safe work environment through compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing or moving for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Work Experience: No prior related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: Not necessary.
- Licenses or Certifications: None required.
