As a Lifestyle Bartender at Le ME9ridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar, you will play an essential role beyond just crafting beverages. You will create unique and unforgettable experiences for our guests by staying attuned to evolving market trends and the desires of visitors. This role is not merely about serving drinks; it involves being the welcoming host of the bar, taking personal responsibility for every guest's direct experience. You will use your knowledge and dedication to ensure the bar maintains an impeccable appearance and functionality while establishing valuable connections within the hotel and local community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable guest experiences through attentive service and quality drink preparation.
• Keep updated on market trends and evolving guest preferences to continually enhance offerings.
• Maintain the bar’s aesthetic and operational excellence.
• Foster positive relationships internally and externally to support the hotel’s community presence.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in managing cash, providing information to guests, and upholding beverage quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional personal appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Engage actively in physical activities related to service, including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds, stretching, and bending as needed.
• Perform any other reasonable duties to contribute to the success of guests' stays and overall business goals.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary school education or equivalent general education development certificate.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
