Overview
We seek a proactive, organized, and motivated Graduate Training Officer passionate about contributing to the non-profit sector. Based in London at our Archway office, this full-time position involves planning and coordinating training across various London boroughs, supporting operational activities, and advancing service development within our organization.
About Creative Support
Creative Support is a non-profit organization providing social care support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and older adults. Our services cover ten boroughs in London and Essex, emphasizing inclusive and values-led care.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize staff training programs for teams in Harrow, Camden, Barnet, Westminster, Wandsworth, and Brent.
- Assist with operational matters to facilitate service delivery and improvement.
- Collaborate across the organization on projects, both independently and within team environments.
- Travel to various service locations in London as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Warm, helpful telephone manner.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently using initiative.
Working Conditions
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work as needed.
- Main office based in Archway, London.
- Travel expected throughout London service areas.
