Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Primarily working in the Boning Hall, candidates will join the factory team focusing on packing meat cuts and trims tailored to customer specifications on a fast-paced production line.
• Support the production area and collaborate closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Undertake tasks in multiple factory areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products handled and participate actively in required training to fulfill role responsibilities effectively.
• Adhere to work instructions meticulously and comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all necessary production data and consistently follow quality guidelines across areas.
• Exhibit flexibility in working hours to satisfy deadlines and production needs.
