About the Role
As a Front Office Agent at AMERON Hamburg Hotel Speicherstadt, you will ensure guests have a memorable experience from arrival to departure by providing excellent service and insider tips. You will handle telephone inquiries with a friendly tone, skillfully manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintain accurate cash handling and billing processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay with engaging and helpful recommendations.
- Respond to phone queries courteously and either provide information or direct calls appropriately.
- Drive sales through persuasive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage cash register operations meticulously and ensure precise invoicing.

About the Hotel
The AMERON Hotel Speicherstadt is the first and only hotel located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Speicherstadt, Hamburg.
