Role Summary

We seek a versatile and highly competent freelance Graphic Designer to join the Tendem initiative, working remotely on a part-time basis. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents who manage repetitive activities while providing expert input in graphic creation, translating raw ideas into polished, professional visuals. This position suits creative individuals experienced in visual communication, layout design, and producing various marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, contemporary layouts and infographics with a strong focus on establishing clear visual hierarchies for clarity and engagement.
• Create visually appealing, reusable templates for social media platforms and impactful one-pagers.
• Enhance routine materials by employing advanced typography, grid frameworks, and thoughtful compositions.
• Convert raw concepts and data into refined visual assets tailored to marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain quality control by ensuring consistent visual alignment, appropriate color schemes, and layout uniformity before final delivery.

Work Structure and Compensation

This is freelance, project-driven work with variable task availability dependent on active projects. Contributors may be invited to participate in one or multiple projects correlating with their skills and availability. Tasks typically require approximately 10-20 hours weekly during active phases. Payment for this role can reach up to $50 per hour based on skill level and work pace, with compensation varying per project scope and complexity.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of practical experience in graphic, digital design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
• Exceptional command of typography, precise use of grid layouts, and visual composition to elevate material quality.
• Strong ability in crafting cleanly structured visual information through modern infographics and compelling social media templates.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma to competently manage various design tasks.
• Flexibility in producing both impactful one-pagers and engaging digital templates adapted to different media.
• Proficient English communication skills at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Adaptable, detail-focused, with a fast-paced approach to work management.
• Committed to delivering professional-grade, polished visual assets consistently.
• Self-motivated with capability to coordinate multiple visual tasks independently.
