Job Details
- Location: Remote anywhere in the United States
- Work commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week on fractional contracts
- Schedule: Must be able to collaborate with clients across different U.S. time zones
- Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $22 USD depending on experience, client, and location
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Preferred marketing experience to assist clients beyond administrative duties
- Prior remote work experience in freelance, contract, or fractional roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong capacity to juggle multiple tasks and operate independently
- Availability for at least 10 hours weekly
- Flexibility to support clients across U.S. time zones
