Job Details

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States
Work commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week on fractional contracts
Schedule: Must be able to collaborate with clients across different U.S. time zones
Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $22 USD depending on experience, client, and location

Desired Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
Preferred marketing experience to assist clients beyond administrative duties
Prior remote work experience in freelance, contract, or fractional roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong capacity to juggle multiple tasks and operate independently
Availability for at least 10 hours weekly
Flexibility to support clients across U.S. time zones
