Job Overview

Located in Castlebar, County Mayo, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is looking for a reliable and motivated Folding/Setting Operator to join their team. This role is for the night shift with working hours from Sunday 11pm to 6am and Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6am.

Primary Duties

Operate folding machines of various formats efficiently.
Perform machine changeovers and troubleshoot operational issues.
Work with different glue systems used across the machines.
Adhere to safety protocols and follow quality standard operating procedures.
Ensure that all work meets customer specifications accurately.

Candidate Profile

Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities in English.
Capability to comprehend and execute written instructions properly.
Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
