About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our Home Try-On team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers at their residences, perform eye power assessments, and guide them through frame and lens selections to facilitate purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities through both store and direct customer visits.
- Attend scheduled home appointments for customers as assigned.
- Utilize a company-issued kit bag transported on a two-wheeler, which contains refraction tools, machines, iPad, frames, and lenses.
- Perform preliminary eye examinations, suggest appropriate frames and lenses, and convert leads into sales.
Training Provided
- One-month paid comprehensive training including:
- 25 days of classroom sessions covering eye fundamentals, product knowledge, machine and tool handling, and sales processes.
- 8-10 days of on-field practical training with assigned mentor support.

Eligibility
- Must own and be able to ride a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Applicants should be aged 35 years or below.
