Work Environment

Location: British Columbia, Canada, at the physical farm site (working remotely is not an option)
Work primarily conducted outdoors
Free parking available on site

Experience & Training

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

Harvest seedlings and mature crops
Plant, nurture, and irrigate various crops
Perform weeding tasks to maintain crop health
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Inspect produce to ensure quality and market readiness

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

Involves repetitive manual tasks
Handling heavy loads regularly
Physically strenuous activities including bending, crouching, and kneeling
