Job Overview

• Location: British Columbia, Canada, at the physical farm site (working remotely is not an option)
• Work primarily conducted outdoors
• Free parking available on site

Experience & Training

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Harvest seedlings and mature crops
• Plant, nurture, and irrigate various crops
• Perform weeding tasks to maintain crop health
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Inspect produce to ensure quality and market readiness

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

• Involves repetitive manual tasks
• Handling heavy loads regularly
• Physically strenuous activities including bending, crouching, and kneeling
