Overview

The Facilities Contracts Officer plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts within the Facilities Department, including camp services, maintenance, transport, and landscaping.   • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation including agreements, amendments, performance reports, and payment records.

  • Generate regular reports for the Facilities Manager detailing contract performance, potential risks, costs, and compliance status.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) certificate.
