Role Overview
SOLVELEX is hiring an Executive Assistant for its Riyadh-based office. The role centers on keeping day-to-day administration organized, supporting leadership scheduling, and helping different teams with routine office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep both paper-based and digital filing systems orderly and easy to access.
- Monitor office stock, place supply orders, and track inventory levels.
- Make sure office equipment stays operational and arrange servicing or repairs when required.
- Organize appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Handle the CEO’s calendar, meeting slots, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Support accurate data entry and maintain records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other contacts, both inside and outside the organization.
- Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to different departments whenever needed.
Requirements
- Strong command of English language communication.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Additional Information
This position is based in Riyadh and is offered as a full-time onsite role.
