Overview
This role focuses on providing Level 2 support within enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environments. The position involves management and troubleshooting of various systems used to support endpoint devices and user access.
Key Duties
- Deliver L2 support for enterprise EUC setups ensuring smooth operation.
- Manage Active Directory tasks such as user account administration, group policy management, access controls, and directory services upkeep.
- Administer Citrix environments facilitating virtual applications and desktops for end users.
- Oversee endpoint device management using Microsoft Intune including device registration, compliance checks, configuration management, and app deployment.
- Use SCCM tools for software distribution, patching, device imaging, and administrative tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to user access, endpoint setup, application delivery, policy enforcement, and system performance.
- Handle incident and service request management, perform root cause analysis, and ensure problems are resolved within agreed service levels.
- Maintain security, enforce compliance, and uphold policies across all managed endpoints.
- Support activities around operating system deployment, patch management, version upgrades, and regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network teams, and service desk for effective operational support and problem resolution.
- Create and update standard operating procedures, knowledge base documentation, and environment records.
