About the Role

Saakaar Academy invites enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Education Counsellors in Bhopal. This role requires strong communication and counselling abilities, a genuine interest in guiding students toward their academic and career goals, and the capability to build meaningful relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counselling support to students and parents on academic programs and career pathways.
Manage inquiries received via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms effectively.
Follow up with potential students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Clearly communicate details about courses, fees, and the admission process.
Keep precise records of inquiries and the admission status of applicants.
Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to streamline admission operations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
Engage in educational seminars, career fairs, and other promotional events to represent the academy.

Candidate Profile

Possess a bachelor's degree in any field; having a master's degree is advantageous.
Between 1 to 5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or client relationship management.
Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi and English languages.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic computer proficiency.
Self-driven, motivated, positive attitude, and goal-focused.
