About the Role

Saakaar Academy invites enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Education Counsellors in Bhopal. This role requires strong communication and counselling abilities, a genuine interest in guiding students toward their academic and career goals, and the capability to build meaningful relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling support to students and parents on academic programs and career pathways.
• Manage inquiries received via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms effectively.
• Follow up with potential students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Clearly communicate details about courses, fees, and the admission process.
• Keep precise records of inquiries and the admission status of applicants.
• Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to streamline admission operations.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
• Engage in educational seminars, career fairs, and other promotional events to represent the academy.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any field; having a master's degree is advantageous.
• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or client relationship management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi and English languages.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic computer proficiency.
• Self-driven, motivated, positive attitude, and goal-focused.
