Overview
We are seeking a diligent E-Commerce Executive to efficiently manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves close coordination across teams and consistent follow-ups to maintain operational flow.
Work Schedule
The work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee customer orders starting from confirmation through to dispatch.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on order status, artwork approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Engage with internal departments to guarantee order completion and on-time shipping.
- Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are adhered to.
- Confirm accuracy of order details, design elements, and specifications prior to production.
- Collaborate with production, design, and shipping teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and keep them informed.
- Keep comprehensive records of orders and ensure task completion within set timelines.
