Overview
Reliance Jio invites applications for the position of Diploma Engineer Trainee based in Asansol, West Bengal. This opportunity provides a structured career path beginning with a 1-year apprenticeship focused on Telecom Tower Operation and Management.
Program Structure
- The apprenticeship commences on 27th July 2026 and lasts for one year.
- Following the apprenticeship, candidates will enter a 1-year trainee phase with a monthly CTC of ₹25,000.
- Upon successful completion of the trainee period, candidates will be absorbed as full-time Field Engineers, earning a monthly CTC of ₹30,000.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must have achieved at least 60% marks throughout their educational journey.
- Diploma holders in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication disciplines from batches 2022 to 2025 (certificate or provisional pass certificate mandatory) are eligible.
- Fluency in the local language is required.
- Male candidates only.
- Must possess an Aadhar-seeded bank account, along with valid Aadhar and PAN cards.
