Job Responsibilities

Safely pick up and deliver products promptly throughout Bengaluru city.
Check the condition of items during pickup and delivery to ensure they remain intact.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery timings and provide order updates.
Collect any necessary documents, signatures, or payments as required for deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update order statuses using the company's designated mobile application.
Handle all products with care to ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
Adhere strictly to company procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Candidate Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, field operations, or related roles.
Ownership of a two-wheeler with valid Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
Possession of a valid driving license.
Must reside in Bengaluru.
Good communication skills in Kannada; proficiency in Hindi and/or English is an advantage.
Comfortable operating smartphones and navigation tools like Google Maps.
Dependable, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude.

Preferred Attributes

In-depth knowledge of routes within Bengaluru.
Ability to manage products with care and responsibility.
