Job Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver products promptly throughout Bengaluru city.
• Check the condition of items during pickup and delivery to ensure they remain intact.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery timings and provide order updates.
• Collect any necessary documents, signatures, or payments as required for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update order statuses using the company's designated mobile application.
• Handle all products with care to ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, field operations, or related roles.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler with valid Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Must reside in Bengaluru.
• Good communication skills in Kannada; proficiency in Hindi and/or English is an advantage.
• Comfortable operating smartphones and navigation tools like Google Maps.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude.
